The name N of One comes from a research term used to describe a study focused on a single individual. It reflects a powerful truth: that your health is unique, and your path to well-being shouldn’t be based on one-size-fits-all solutions.

At N of One Health, we believe that true wellness starts with understanding yourself — your body, your habits, your needs, and your goals. We’re here to help you build that understanding through practical, supportive coaching and education rooted in your real life.

Our approach is holistic and personalised. We work with you to explore the key areas that impact health the most, things like stress, movement, sleep, and nutrition, using our ELEVATE Framework as a guide. Whether you're just getting started or looking to deepen the progress you’ve already made, our mission is to help you feel better, live more fully, and make choices with clarity and confidence.

Nina Adams

I am the founder and lead health coach at N of One Health. With 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, my goal is to help as many people as possible be the best version of themselves. I offer private 1:1 coaching, group sessions and corporate workshops.

My Story

As a child and young adult I struggled with asthma, eczema, and extremely painful IBS. Medications didn't work and so began my mission to understand health. After completing a Masters of Medical Science in Sport and Exercise and travelling to various health courses around the world, I realised there isn't just one solution that works for everyone. I healed myself using a number of different strategies, trying various methods until I found the ones that worked for me.

 

As a scientist I always wondered why there were exceptions or anomalies that didn't behave like the others; we study general trends in groups, but I was fascinated by the outliers that didn't follow the pattern. N of One represents the uniqueness of you, helping you find health strategies for your mind and body, because what works for one person may not for another.

 

I am dedicated to sharing my findings and research, so together we can look for what could work for you. There really is no one-size-fits-all solution to health, so be curious and be N of One.
