1. General Policy
At N of One Health, we are committed to providing valuable workshops and coaching experiences. Because our services involve live events and personalised coaching, refunds are generally not available once a session or workshop has taken place.
2. Workshops
If you have registered and paid for a workshop but are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. If you notify us no later than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time, we may be able to transfer your registration to a future workshop date, subject to availability. We do not offer cash refunds for workshops unless we cancel the event.
If N of One Health cancels a workshop for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a rescheduled or alternative workshop.
3. Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the agreed appointment start time. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely may be charged in full. Refunds are not offered for completed sessions.
4. Digital Resources
If you purchase downloadable materials or other digital products in the future, refunds will not be available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
